Thanks for the specific reply Anne. It was just what I needed. Yes, looking at some projects, I can see them fitting in with a variety of outcomes that we already cover in Science, Human Society and especially in the English KLA. I'd rather not limit student learning opportunities and enjoyment of a project by restricting our choices before we've even begun.
Anne, thanks so much for today's presentation. There was so much I want to look at. I'm having trouble finding where you put the slideshow. Wish i could get involved in more sessions but awkward times - between travel and family slavery. You've done so many inspiring things!
I mean: When you are online in Classroom 2.0 or in projectsbyjen.ning do you look for classes working on projects which cover similar outcomes. I'm just thinking about the amount of time needed to finish a collaborative project if it's on another theme or topic. (I'm thinking as I'm writing - hope this makes sense)
Hi Anne. Thanks for the session today. When you look for a class with whom to collaborate do you ask for one who is also covering the same content/outcomes as your students are for that term? In my primary school, we assess and report on certain outcomes per term, over 2 years - especially in the science and Human Society learning areas.
Anne, sand plum tree roots were waterlogged, since we had so much rain (good after 4 yr drought), but no plums.
I will be working to beat the squirrels to our native persimmon trees. Makes a great fruit rollup. They have a taste similar to apricots. I am DETERMINED.
Soon it will be easier to harvest fruits and have a good garden because we are to move out to the farm in a few months.
Anne, I am very impressed with how far you have traveled on your online professional development journey. I look forward to hearing more about what you are doing now.

Hi Anne,
I think you will have lots to offer our conference. I know many people are keen to hear about the work you have been doing with your students. Feel free to add a blog post to tell more about your self and what you have been doing. Perhaps add some of your links too.
